Pass through the stop sign and you'll see the circular drive for Hultquist Place Assisted Living on the left.   • Child Care Counselor

    Purpose of this position:

    Provides supervision and supportive counseling to adolescents utilizing a team approach.  To protect the health and safety of residents within a structured environment.  Communication skill, both verbal and written, are essential to this position.

     

    Qualifications:

    High School Diploma, AA , Bachelor’s preferred.  Valid NYS Driver’s License.  Child Care work experience is preferred.

  • Director of Quality & Evaluation

    Purpose of this position:

    Provides ongoing assessment and evaluation of the Residential Treatment Center program to ensure that youth resident needs, agency standards, and funding requirements are met, including regularly assessing gaps, monitoring performance, and working with key leaders to implement solutions.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a Social Services-related Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree in health care field with equivalent work experience.
    • Must have demonstrated knowledge of and/or prior experience with The Joint Commission and/or the Council on Accreditation (COA) standards for the accreditation of Residential Treatment Centers and the basic tenets of continuous quality improvement.
    • At least 3-5 years of experience supporting quality management activities within a social services program
    • In addition, the Director of Quality and Evaluation must have:
    • Experience with data collection, analysis and management.
    • Knowledge of Total Quality Management principles and program evaluation methodologies.
    • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with staff and other stakeholders to develop, implement and track quality work plans and plans of correction using evidence based quality methodologies.
    • Expertise interpreting regulatory requirements and developing and implementing systems designed to meet service delivery mandates.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • The ability to work independently and be self-directed, while also serving as a productive team member.
    • Excellent organizational skills, and good attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong critical thinking and assessment skills.
  • Clinical Director of

    Residential Treatment

    Purpose of this position:

    Oversees the clinical operations and quality of the Residential Treatment Center, supporting both current activities and projected growth.

     

    Qualifications:

    • NYS LCSW
    • Progressive clinical experience in a range of residential, therapeutic & experiential learning and community-based treatment environments including 3-5 years senior clinical management experience.
    • Valid drivers’ license with reliable transportation.
    • In addition, the Clinical Director must have:
    • Demonstrated experience serving as a clinical leader who is passionate about collaborating with young people, their families, communities and staff to develop and implement evidence-based, recovery-oriented, and strengths based systems of care.
    • The ability to successfully interact with a wide range of stakeholders (e.g., board members, community members, funders, legislators, clients, staff).
    • The ability to manage and prioritize multiple competing demands, with demonstrated skills in conflict resolution.
    • A demonstrated strong clinical sense within the community health and human services context. Must be comfortable as a roll-up-your-sleeves problem-solver and leader.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Knowledge of and experience implementing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as experience with Suicide Prevention/Intervention Strategies.
  • Director of

    Community Based Services

    Purpose of this position:

    To provide managerial oversight to all aspects of the foster care program, Pathways and Regional Permanency Center (RPC). This includes the supervision of the Program Managers, Assistant Director of Community Based Services and the staff of Foster Care, RPC and Pathways.  Oversight to ensure the program is meeting its established objectives of providing quality care and services to our children, youth and families while also ensuring compliance with State, County regulations and budgetary outcomes.

     

    Qualifications:

    MSW with two (2) years’ experience in Social Service Field.  At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role.  Must possess valid drivers’ license.

  • Program Manager

    Purpose of this position:

    Responsible for overseeing all the operations of the TFC office, responsible for all marketing, clinical and budgetary aspects of the assigned office.  Will aid in the development of goals and ensure completion of goals.  Will monitor all aspects of quality and growth in the region.

     

    Qualifications:

    MSW with 2 years of progressive management responsibilities, personnel experience and budget/fiscal responsibilities.  Must possess valid drivers’ license.

  • Skill builder

    Purpose of this position:

    This position provides support services and crisis resolution to the child, parents, guardians and families of youth in foster care to enhance, assist or facilitate the child and family’s ability to function successfully within the family and in the community upon discharge.

     

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s Degree required with relevant experience preferred. Experience and training in de-escalating crisis situations with youth and in the development behavior management plans. Prior experience in running skill based groups preferred.

  • Regional Permanency Caseworker

    Purpose of this position:

    The responsibilities of this OCFS grant funded position is to provide quality case management and support services to children, post adoption families and post guardianship families residing in the following counties Chautauqua, Cattaraugus, Erie, Wyoming and Niagara. The case worker will provide overall management of clients on his/her caseload, including providing support services to the child, parents, guardians and families of youth in the post-adoption program in-order to enhance, assist, or facilitate the child and family’s ability to function within the family and in the community.

     

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors Degree in Human Services or relevant field, with two years experience in direct service with clients.  Must have own transportation, a valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance as required by NYS law.  Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
